Penguins are my 2nd favorite animal after pandas. Therefore I was extremely delighted to meet the penguins here. In Japan, I have seen Emperor Penguins, but not African Penguins. Wow... they are smaller than Emperor Penguins... and cuter. So adorable!
My luck was made perfect when I arrived at Jurong Bird Park right on time for the penguin feeding time.
I just learnt that the spots on this penguin's chest is like human's fingerprint. None has the same pattern.
And now I would like to share some information about the feeding itself.
With tummy satisfied, now's time for next dip into the pool. Come, friends! Ready?
This one, is not a view in open air. We gathered inside a hall and watched from behind the glass. When I entered the hall, other visitors had already occupied the best row right behind a fence. I had to point my 18-200 mm between the black-curly-Indian head and his huge Indian wife.
