From the vineyard we continued to the wine factory. My huge gratitude for PB Valley Khao Yai Winery and for Vira especially, who took me for a tour into their factory, and on top of that permitted me to take pictures up to no limit.

Vira explained to me about the whole process of red wine and white wine making. Although she ushered me starting from the end process backwards, I still count that as a privileged. To me who barely knows a thing about wine, the process sounded rather complicated to me. I left out taking notes and chose to focus on taking pictures while listening to Vira's explanation. It's a good thing that I find this scheme of the process. It helps me figure out easier of which process are the equipments which pictures I've taken. One thing I remember very well which is not stated on this scheme that there's actually an additional process for white wine making compared to red wine making. That's the process of second filtering. The reason is because unlike in red wine, even a very tiny thingy from the grape's skin or anything in white wine, would absolutely be visible.

Although not requested so, by concern of PB Valley Khao Yai Winery, I am not publishing the photos of the equipments. I am happy enough to keep them for myself. It was such a thrill standing between the giant barrels... I got more than what I had dreamed of.

I do hope one day I would get another chance to visit PB Valley during harvest and witness the whole factory on work. At this time only the bottling section was on duty.

Done with the factory tour, I was served with 4 samples of wine together with biscuits and cheese. You know what, I loved the cheese best!
